The PIGUET cancoillotte is a gastronomic specialty going back to Charles V and coming from Franche-Comté offering a multitude of culinary possibilities.
It contains less than 15% fat on finished product because it is made from skimmed cow's milk Montbéliarde (the farmer's metton of a small farmer cheese producer near Vesoul), water, butter Charente Poitou (PDO), Penja pepper has obtained the first African IGP and Guérande salt (PGI).

All our cancillottes are elaborated by Fabrice Piguet and made entirely by us with Franc-Comtois products from our terroir
